By accessing or using Market Kings trading platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Market Kings, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.
3Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4Trading and Competitions
Market Kings provides a platform for trading competitions and simulated trading activities. All trading on our platform is simulated unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Entry fees for competitions are non-refundable except in cases where a competition is cancelled by Market Kings. Prize pools are distributed according to the specific competition rules and terms.
5Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated systems or software to extract data from the platform
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the service
- Circumventing any security measures or features
- Using the service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonating other users or providing false information
- Manipulating competitions or engaging in collusion
6Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
