Why this matters
No one deposits money to trade on Market Kings. Cash bonuses are paid in USDT to verified winners. That design keeps risk low, and this policy keeps it that way.
Know your customer (KYC)
- Identity checks. Before receiving a cash bonus, you must verify your identity with a valid ID and a selfie.
- Age check. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live, if higher.
- One person, one account. Duplicate or shared accounts are not allowed.
Payout screening
- Sanctions checks. We screen winners against international sanctions and watch lists.
- Wallet checks. USDT wallet addresses are screened before payout. We may refuse a wallet linked to illegal activity.
- Restricted countries. We do not pay bonuses to people in sanctioned or restricted regions.
Monitoring

What happens if we find a problem
- We may pause a payout while we review it.
- We may ask for more documents.
- We may close the account, cancel rewards and report the activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
Record keeping
We keep verification and payout records for at least five years, stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy and Data & Security pages.
