The one rule behind all the rules
One person. One account. Your own decisions. Every trade you place in a Battle or Mission must be yours, made by you, in real time.
What counts as cheating
01Multi-accounting. You may hold one Market Kings account. Creating, buying, borrowing or controlling a second account — including one registered to a friend or family member — is banned.
02Account sharing. Nobody else may log into or trade on your account. That includes letting a better trader play for you in a Battle.
03Collusion. Working with other players to fix an outcome is banned. This includes taking opposite positions to guarantee one account wins, deliberately losing, sharing live trades during an event, or splitting rewards by agreement.
04Bots and automation. Trades must be placed manually. Bots, scripts, macros, expert advisors, auto-clickers and copy-trading tools are not allowed.
05Exploiting errors. If you spot a mispriced quote, a stale feed or a platform bug, don't trade on it — report it. Profiting from a known error is treated as cheating.
06Tampering. Any attempt to interfere with the platform is banned: modifying the app, intercepting data, manipulating network traffic, or using VPNs or proxies to hide your location or identity.
07Identity fraud. Using false details, someone else's identity or someone else's payment method to register, subscribe or claim a reward.
08Reward farming. Abusing referral, sign-up or promotional offers — for example by creating accounts only to claim bonuses.
How we catch it
We combine automated detection with human review. We check trade timing and patterns, device and network signals, account and payment links, and results that don't add up. You can read more on our How Battles Are Monitored page.
We don't publish every method we use. That's deliberate.
What happens if you're caught
Penalties depend on how serious the breach is. We may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Void trades or disqualify you from an event
- Reset or remove XP, rank, Crown Index score or Crown Store rewards
- Withhold or reclaim any cash bonus earned through cheating
- Suspend or permanently ban your account and any linked accounts
- Cancel your Crown Club membership without refund where the breach was deliberate
- Report fraud to the relevant authorities where required
When results are voided, we'll recalculate the leaderboard and pass rewards to the traders who earned them.
Your right to appeal
If we take action on your account, we'll tell you why. You can appeal within 14 days by emailing admin@playmarketkings.com with your username and any evidence you'd like us to see. A different member of the team will review it, and we'll reply within 10 working days. Our decision after appeal is final.
Report a cheater
Honest traders keep this arena clean. If you suspect someone is breaking these rules, report them from their profile or email admin@playmarketkings.com. Every report is confidential and reviewed.
