A competition platform, not a broker
Every trade on Market Kings is placed on a simulated account using live market prices. No real money is ever invested, and no real positions are opened in any financial market.
Market Kings is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment firm or financial adviser. We do not hold client funds for trading, execute real trades or offer financial products. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and competitions on Market Kings are not regulated investment activities.
Skill-based competition
Battles and Missions are skill contests. Results are decided by each trader's decisions — analysis, timing, risk management — against the same live market conditions as every other entrant. Outcomes are not determined by chance, and Market Kings does not offer gambling or betting.
No purchase necessary. Every trader can compete for free in the Open Arena, including in events that carry cash bonuses. A Crown Club subscription is not required to win a cash bonus. Legal to confirm final wording for each operating territory.
Not financial advice
Nothing on Market Kings — including competitions, leaderboards, Crown Index scores, rankings, charts, educational content or communications from us — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Simulated results don't guarantee real results
Performance on Market Kings does not predict how you would perform in live markets. Simulated trading doesn't involve real financial risk, and it can't fully reproduce the emotional pressure, liquidity, slippage, execution delays or costs of real trading.
A high rank, Crown Index score or win streak is a measure of competition performance only. It is not a qualification, licence or endorsement.
If you trade real markets
Contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged products are complex and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Most retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Only trade real markets with money you can afford to lose, and consider getting independent financial advice first.
Market data
Prices are provided by third-party data providers. While we work to keep data accurate and uninterrupted, delays, errors and outages can happen. Where they affect a competition, we'll act under our How Battles Are Monitored and Prize Payout Policy pages.
Where you can play
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Market Kings. It's your responsibility to make sure using Market Kings is legal where you live. Cash bonuses are not available to residents of excluded territories, and we may restrict features or access in any location to comply with local law.
Rewards
XP and Crown Store items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Cash bonuses are paid at our discretion, subject to our Prize Payout Policy, identity verification and applicable law. You're responsible for any tax due on rewards you receive.
Play responsibly
Competition should be fun. If trading — real or simulated — starts to affect your finances, sleep, work or relationships, take a break. You can pause or close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us.
