Important Disclaimer

Market Kings is a skill-based trading arcade platform. All trading on Market Kings is simulated and uses virtual capital at live market prices — no real money is ever invested, no real positions are opened in any financial market, and no client funds are held for trading purposes. Market Kings is not a broker, dealer, exchange, introducing broker, investment firm or asset manager, is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and does not accept, transmit or hold deposits for trading. Participation in battles and missions is not a regulated investment activity.

Nothing on this website or within the platform — including battles, leaderboards, Crown Index scores, charts, educational content, AI mentor outputs or any communications from us — constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, security or commodity. Any decision you make is yours alone; you should obtain independent professional advice before trading real markets.

Simulated performance does not predict, represent or guarantee real-market performance. Simulated trading involves no real financial risk and cannot reproduce the emotional pressure, liquidity, slippage, execution delays, financing costs or spread conditions of live trading. Contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged products are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage; most retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should never trade real markets with money you cannot afford to lose.

Battles and missions on Market Kings are skill contests decided by each trader's own analysis, timing and risk management under identical simulated market conditions for all entrants. Outcomes are not determined by chance, and Market Kings does not operate a lottery, betting, gambling or casino service. Entry to the Open Arena is free and no purchase is necessary; a Crown Club subscription is optional and is billed as a recurring monthly subscription.

XP, Crown Index scores and Crown Store items are promotional in nature, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Cash bonuses are awarded at our sole discretion, subject to identity verification, our Prize Payout Policy and applicable law, and are paid exclusively in USDT cryptocurrency; we do not offer fiat, card or bank payouts for battle rewards. Rewards may be subject to tax in your jurisdiction, for which you are solely responsible.

Market Kings is intended for users aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Availability of features and cash bonuses may be restricted in certain countries and territories where prohibited by law, and it is your responsibility to ensure your use of Market Kings is lawful where you live. Our website, market data and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; third-party price feeds may be delayed or inaccurate, and we accept no liability for losses arising from data errors, outages, service interruptions or your reliance on any content shown on this site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Market Kings is operated by TFX Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15932148), with its registered office at 10 Boughton Road, Rugby, England, CV21 1BJ. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our full Compliance & Risk Disclaimer, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Prize Payout Policy. We may update this disclaimer at any time; the version published here always applies.
