What you can pay for
Market Kings is free to play. The only paid product is the Crown Club membership at $29.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Open Arena battles and missions never cost money to enter.
Cancelling Crown Club
- Cancel any time. You can cancel from your account settings. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
- No partial-month refunds. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current month.
- XP while lapsed. If your membership ends, your Crown Club XP is frozen and unfreezes when you renew.
When we do refund
- Billing errors. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference.
- Charges after cancelling. If you were billed after you cancelled, we refund that charge in full.
- Service outages. If a major outage on our side stopped you from using Crown Club for a long period, contact us and we will review it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Crown Store redemptions
XP and Crown Store items have no cash value, so redemptions are not refundable for cash. If an item arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will replace it or return the XP.
Cash bonuses
Cash bonuses are rewards, not purchases, so they are not covered by this policy. See the Prize Payout Policy for how they are verified and paid.
How to ask for a refund
Email admin@playmarketkings.com with your username, the date of the charge and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days.
